When I began my wellness journey, I needed to re-educate myself about health. When I shifted into a healthier lifestyle, I had to re-educate myself about nutrition, exercise, and attitude. In fact, I had to learn to define what it meant to be healthy.
The most pleasurable and easiest way to get informed are documentaries. The best source for conscious films, in my opinion, is FMTV. FMTV has a vast catalog of conscious films ranging from nutrition, addiction, psychology, spirituality, and more.
As I watched these films, I was amazed (Hungry For Change), intrigued (Finding Joe), and appalled about animal cruelty (American Meat). If you need some motivation or inspiration take some time and learn about what goes on around you to see how you get the nourishment that goes into you.
These films provide information form activists, scientists and people who have inspiring and transformational stories. People such as Kriss Carr, David A. Wolf, Dr. Christaine Northrup, Dr. Joseph Mercola, Dr. Alejandro Junger and our own Frank Ferrante.
To watch this video will cost you $2.99 but it is worth every penny and more!
Enjoy your week and happy watching!
